Between 1969 and 1982, Ericson Yachts built about 600 Ericson 35 Mark IIs, a then-modern racer/cruiser designed by Bruce King to replace the original Ericson 35.

2023 – February Yanmar 20hp engine service. Work receipt available.
2021 – replaced engine mounts, stern tube and gland
2019 – cutless bearing replaced.
2016 – replaced all below water skin fittings, valves and tails
2015 – Running and standing rigging replaced by Whale Spars. New furling Genoa, cruising weight by McDiarmid/ Doyle
2014 – prop replaced with folding prop
