A very well maintained 2005 model Bukh 24hp shaft drive diesel is in excellent condition and was serviced last February 2019 at around 400 hours.
Antifouled and prop speed maintenance was done in 2019 also. The topsides have been recently painted and shine like a new mirror.
The standing rigging has all been replaced in 2017, receipts available. Sails are almost new at 2017 and 2018. Barlow self-tailing stainless steel winches, lazy jacks and boom bag make single handed sailing a breeze.
5 foot 6 draft ensures you can sneak into some of the shallower waterways which is a bonus.

The East Coast 31 was designed by Peter Cole as a half-ton cruiser/racer and has proved to be very successful, winning many major races including - Australian Half Ton Championship, Brisbane-Gladstone, Lord Howe Island, Half ton division of both the Sydney and Melbourne to Hobart.
She handles very well and safely under all conditions as shown by her racing records. Ample beam and ballast ratio with lead fin keel and skeg hung rudder make her stiff and very seaworthy with good sail carrying capacity. A very attractive hull shape with tumblehome sides and wineglass shaped transom.
Hard to beat in this size and price range.
