1978 Cheoy Lee 36 now for sale.
This Cheoy Lee 36 is an absolute classic from years gone by and a real diamond in the rough. Cheoy Lee's Clipper 36 double headsail ketches enjoyed tremendous popularity in the 1970's and around 90 of the Bill Luders-designed classic were produced.
Much of this boat has been renewed or restored but recently the 4108 Perkins engine has given some trouble and the owner has decided to let her go "as is where is" so someone can take ownership and work on the engine. The engine is currently in bits and will not be running at the time of sale. There is a replacement engine in excellent condition available, supplied but not installed.
The pictures have been taken at the time of listing so you can see there is work to be done to bring her back to former glory. Priced to sell quickly. A winter project!
Exclusively with DBY Boatsales.
