This popular Catalina 320 is well set up for local and coastal family cruising. The current owner has used her lightly since purchasing
her a few years ago but has maintained her nicely and has now moved interstate so its time for her to find a new owner.

Her interior is in good condition boasting an enormous signature Catalina stateroom in the rear with a king size bed.

Headroom is excellent, moving around the boat is easy with a wide companionway, shallow steps into the saloon and good ergonomics in the galley and head.

The galley has a massive amount of fridge space and an Ice box/storage compartment all incorporated into the workbench.

The DC and AC electrics are all original and in good order. A full instrument package was fitted circa 2010 with all the bells and whistles including chart plotter and autopilot.

The Yanmar with its legendary reliability has been serviced regularly, fires up effortlessly and cruises along at good pace.

The forepeak berth has an innovative split door that closes for privacy and a 6ft 4 person can lie stretched out on the bed.

Her salon seating is large enough for 8 and when inside her light interior it is hard to believe this is only a 32ft  boat.
Outside her sporty lines and proven sailing layout make for a great sailing experience. The cockpit is large enough to seat 8. Two Princess seats on the rear railing make additional space for the helmsman to sit next to three additional people in the aft of the cockpit.

When setting sail the overlapping genoa rolls out easily on the furler and comes back to winches well placed on the cockpit. There is a long spin pole for poling out or hooking up the Spinnaker for some spritely downwind performance.

A fully battened main in boom bag with lazy jacks, makes deploying, stowing and reefing the main super fast, convenient and easy. The boom bag has a stitched in zipper for a boom style awning.

The opening pushpit rail that incorporates a very wide swim ladder and provides unparalleled entry to the water is a Catalina trademark.

The sails are in good condition, as is the bimini and spray dodger.

All Standing Rigging and Running Rigging was replaced July 2023.

An almost new 4hp outboard rests on the transom rail mount and the dinghy is a fold up inflatable, stored in a lazarette to complete the sail away package.
