This 1985 model Adams 31 rear cockpit version features simple furling headsail, main is in lazy jacks and is well set up for single handed sailing.

There is brand new canvas on the spray dodger, the Yanmar engine was replaced in 2004 with a 3Y30 sail drive. Since then, the engine has been well maintained and only light usage with a low 455 hours on the meter, presenting like new.
There are 2 batteries fitted with solar panel charging, 1 is new. Two solar panels and regulator keeps them topped up whilst on the mooring.
Electric toilet is fitted, depth sounder, VHF, stereo, dinghy, galley full of cutlery and crockery too.
