Don Lees, designer of the popular Compass 28 & 29, designed the 33 as a centre cockpit yacht based on the Farr 1104 hull, making these yachts a great family boat with good sailing characteristics.
Don stayed with Compass Yachts, that had produced over 1000 of the 28s & 29s, to produce the Innovator 33 to ensure the quality and reputation of the name continued.
This ketch version has loads of space for a 33 footer, with safe flat decks fore and aft and plenty of berths (7) for the entire family to cruise or live aboard.
The aft cabin is huge with loads of natural light and air flow plus it has seperate access from the cockpit as well as the walkthrough corridor leading to the galley.
A new Engel 12v fridge runs happily on the 2018 batteries which are charged by 160 watts of solar.
HF and VHF radios plus plenty of quality cruising gear including a liferaft in service. Brand new Autohelm still in packaging.
